Legal expenses are the expenses involved in legal documentation. It includes the rental agreement which is shared by the owner and a attested and notarised copy of the agreement will be given to the tenant. IF both the parties need the original Rent agreement, then two copies of rent agreement will be made and cost will be equally shared by both parties. If we have to courier any document or any other material to the owner or the tenant, we charge for it. This charge is known as Courier charges.
